June 23, 2023. VK Company Limited (LSE, MOEX: VKCO, hereinafter referred to as “VK” or “the Company”), announces that a written resolution approving changes to the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association in connection with a change of the registration agent and registered address for the Company has been passed by the shareholders of the Company holding shares which represent at least 65% of the total number of votes attached to the issued and outstanding voting shares.

The respective resolution and the new version of the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association have been filed on the National Storage Mechanism appointed by the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available here. The new version of the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association is available on VK’s corporate website.
