VK to acquire long-term lease rights to VKontakte headquarters
VK acquired 100% of the shares of Zinger CJSC, which owns long-term lease rights to the Singer House in St. Petersburg. Since 2010, the Singer House has been the headquarters for VKontakte social network.
The deal will allow to optimize costs and protect the economic interests of the company.
