VK completes registration in Russia
VK Company Limited (MOEX: VKCO, hereinafter referred to as “VK” or the “Company”) announces that on September 26, 2023 the Company was registered in a special administrative region on Oktyabrsky Island in Kaliningrad Region of the Russian Federation as VK International Public Joint-Stock Company (“VK IPJSC”) in accordance with Russia’s federal law “On international companies”.
VK’s new Charter has come into force as of the date of the registration in Russia. The text of the Charter is available on VK’s corporate website.
