Following the announcement on 30 November 2021 of the Company’s change of name from Mail.ru Group Limited to VK Company Limited (LSE and MICEX-RTS: “MAIL”), the Company, one of the largest Internet companies in the Russian-speaking Internet market, today confirms that its GDRs will begin trading on the London Stock Exchange and Moscow Exchange under the ticker VKCO on 14 December 2021.

Ticker changes are being made as part of the rebranding which was announced by the company on October 12, 2021. This change has no effect on the ongoing business, strategy, management or internal processes of the Group.
