VK announces the signing of binding documents to consolidate the 100% stake in the joint venture between VK and Rostelecom PJSC — Digital Education JV, the developer of Sferum. The deal is expected to close by the end of April.

VK will keep on developing Sferum in VK Messenger as a single digital environment fostering communication between school students, teachers and parents.

Rostelecom will focus on implementing infrastructure projects and developing state digital services for education.

VK and Rostelecom will continue their partnership both in the education sector and in other spheres.
