VK announces the acquisition of a 100% stake in YCLIENTS group of companies, Russia's largest online appointment booking and business automation platform in the service sector. The acquisition of YCLIENTS advances VK's strategy in the small and medium business segment. The deal will strengthen VK's leading position in the B2B segment by increasing the number of business tools, integrating them, and creating a comprehensive product offering.
The seamless integration of YCLIENTS services with VK platforms will enable small and medium businesses to increase conversions while providing new tools to develop the business. Companies will be able to integrate the market's best online booking service into their communities on VK's social networks, connect to a checkout service, feedback system, and other in demand features for businesses.
Users of VK's social platforms will be able to use community pages or messenger to book appointments with professionals, for example from beauty salons or fitness clubs, leave feedback, and make payments safely and quickly.
Background
The YCLIENTS group of companies develops cloud products for business automation in the service sector, including Arnica, Denta, and SQNS, as well as the largest YCLIENTS platform and the YPLACES mobile app for online appointment booking.
