VK Music has launched a children's section featuring their favorite characters, safe search, and exclusive content for kids and parents. The new section is available in VK Music within the VKontakte app and will soon be available in the standalone VK Music app.

The catalog of the new section includes a variety of children's songs, fairy tales, audiobooks, audio plays, and podcasts. A separate category features melodies for winding down and naptime — lullabies, nature sounds, and white noise, which are among the top search queries on VK Music. The section also has content for parents — popular audiobooks and podcasts about parenting.

Audiobooks, podcasts, and music playlists are divided by age category (3 years and younger, 4–6 years old, 7–12 years old, and for the whole family), genre, and interest. The library includes well-known and beloved fairy tales: Viktor Dragunsky's The Adventures of Dennis, Sergei Aksakov's The Scarlet Flower, Pushkin's fairy tales, and others. Special attention is paid to educational content.

Safe search in this section only works with the children's catalog and excludes adult content. The children's section is available to all users with a VK Music subscription. To play content, simply connect to any speaker via Bluetooth. To activate the “For Children” section, you need to update your VKontakte app to the latest version.
