Number of MAX messenger users exceeds 40 mn
Since the messenger’s launch, users have made over 500 million calls and sent over two billion messages.
Over 8,000 creators from VKontakte, Dzen, Telegram, and Odnoklassniki have joined the testing of channels on MAX. Among the new bloggers are actors Sergey Bezrukov and Dmitry Pevtsov, singers Anna Semenovich and Valeria, psychologist and writer Tatyana Muzhitskaya, actresses Olga Drozdova and Zoya Berber, producer Iosif Prigozhin, and others.
On September 15, MAX launched a pilot program to create a Digital ID - an equivalent of a physical ID that allows users to confirm their different statuses, for example, that they are a student, or a parent of at least three children (“large family parent” in Russia), as well as their age, for instance, when purchasing goods in the 18+ category.
Major Russian retailers have begun to implement Digital ID at self-service checkouts: Pyaterochka, Magnit, and Perekrestok.
In September, 39 Russian regions launched Multi-Functional Center chatbots in the MAX messenger. With the help of a chatbot, you can check the status of your application, make an appointment, or get additional information about addresses, reception statistics, and the status of the queue at the office.
